Work is nearing completion at Pine Cove.
External cladding is almost fully installed, kitchens, floors, bathrooms and more are now in, and painting is almost complete. Check out some of the high-quality finishes in the photos.
Things are really picking up pace on site. The roof is on, facade nearly complete, and the interiors are starting to take shape. Lock up is not far away, and plastering is about to begin.
Framing and windows being installed, on track for lock up towards the end of June or early July.
Here we see some early underground work at Glen Huntly Gardens. The basement piles and drainage have been installed, with major excavation to commence soon.
